How to integrate Eric.ai with Microsoft Teams

Install Eric.ai App for Microsoft Teams

Go to our app page in the Microsoft App Store or from Microsoft Teams, select the “Apps” icon and search for Eric.ai

Sign in with your work account

To successfully integrate Eric.ai, ensure you have:
  • Microsoft 365 Business subscription

    You need a Microsoft Teams account with a Microsoft 365 Business subscription
  • Admin privileges

    Global admin rights within your Microsoft 365 Business account are necessary for a successful Eric.ai integration. If you don't have them, check what you can do here

Grant admin level permissions

Eric.ai will request permission to access your organization's Microsoft account. You will not be asked for permissions again once you are set up
